EU, yes. You can generally find games up to 3am EU time. Yes Eu servers ,stopped playing the game too many cheaters (some regulars) there is always a kid with full cheats in every lobby that ruin the game.Even the good players run cheats and cry like little baby's why did u kill them.
From my experience : Black Ops 3 on PS4 , then Black Ops 4 on PS4 , then Cold War. Cant say anything to PC or World At War , Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2 on PS3 and Vanguard in general. Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 3 have weird matchmaking on XBOX. Black Ops 4 and Black Ops 2 have lots of lobbies on XBOX, but probably not as much as Cold War.

The most active is nuke town that I've seen but it's full of sweats and if you play in hard point so many score streaks that don't let you leave spawn 😃.
